All of which cost nowhere near the same amount as the SC expansions.
Unless something changed, I believe there are still three paid DLC packs this year. I wasn't including Karkand.
There was a story in Battlefield 3? I thought it was just the Call of Duty storyline with shinier graphics.
Cliffhanger? I'll try not to include any spoilers here, but the ending of Wings of Liberty didn't feel like a cliffhanger in the slightest. As for waiting? I'll wait for a year for a well-polished multiplayer experience that can be enjoyed by noobs and professionals alike. How's that BF3 pro scene going again?
Cost? I suppose value is relative, but $30-$40 for another 30-hour singleplayer storyline as well as significant unit (and possibly building) changes strikes me as a better deal than $10-$20 for a handful of new maps and hitscan weapons in a game I consider still very much broken.

The time between WoL and HotS has been rather annoying, I'll be first to admit that (closer to 24 months at this point), but to praise BF3 as a polished and complete game while shooting down Wings of Liberty for not being one strikes me as being biased at best.

You're right about Karkhand.

I'd post a proper reply further than that, but most of what you're saying is using your opinion to call my opinion wrong, discussing things that you feel important that I've never even mentioned or just straight up putting words in my mouth.

Not to mention your unneeded hostility from the get go.

I said what I have to say tbh. I would've bought the game if it wasn't announced long before the WoL launched that it would be spread out over three years and that it wasn't in the same format as the previous SC.

Discussing this any further is pretty much pointless given that we're discussing opinions and feelings. I'd rather wait till I can have all three than know I'll still feel the need to buy another pack to feel satisfied. You don't mind. Who cares?

I think what I think, you think what you think.

Ah, you're just waiting for all three to come out and then get them all at once? I can respect that. Not the way I'd go about it personally, but if that's the way you're planning things that makes sense. I thought you just weren't ever going to get the games ever because of the way they were being released.

Hahaha no way lol I'm not that hateful. SC was one of my favourite games ever.

I'm just a pretty much all or nothing guy. If I set my mind to something I'm pretty much not giving up till I've satisfied myself that I cant do any more (which probably comes about in the way I post biggrin.gif). If I decide I'm not doing it, you'd have to kill me to persuade me.

I just cant feel motivated knowing beforehand that there will be huge breaks, but I'm sure I'll be willing to go through the whole thing as a whole series once I'm able to.
