Update
I used my rotary tool (Ferm CTM1010) to cut off part of back apple i/o shield layout. So atx motherboard standart will fit it.
(-) Out of "reinforced cut off wheels"

(?) Still searching some broken mATX motherboard for tests

Personally, I would gut it and just use the case. Then install windows or linux.

Yesterday I made two back panels for i/o shield (one from transparent acryl and one from metal). But I'm waiting/searching for some broken ATX motherboard, which will be used for "layout test".

does your G4 have one of the colored sides on it? cause if it did it'd be really cool to get the colored acrylic and use that instead to really highlight the already colored acrylic

and if you found something similar to that to put your motherboard tray on, i think it'd look really sharp. too bad thats scratched up though. i hate when people don't take care of their computers
