AMD vision controle center: cannot controle fan speed anymore

I've had my current setup for a little over half a year now and I'm very satisfied with it. (though it's my first real gaming-rig, and I've not a lot to compare it to)
But a few weeks ago the AMD vision control centre refused to change the fan speeds. It had worked completely fine up to then. But even though I hooked of the "enable manual etc" or if I did it manually, it did nothing.

I've tried reinstalling control centre, but what now?

My setup is

windows 7 64 bit

AMD phenom 2 6 core

ASUS M4A89GTD

Sapphire Radeon HD 6970 2GB GDDR5

Please reply, I'm quite new to the world of cutom made pc's and really have no clue

Have you tried using any other GPU monitoring programs, like MSI Afterburner? It could also just be a driver issue, re-installing the driver might fix it.

haha, thanks for quick reply!
But things have changed during the last hours, it's all fine by now.
The error was purely my own fault! I now remember playing around with some option in cataclyst, (with a guide from youtube ofcourse) and may - by accident, have hooked of this square that made anything I did invalid or something like that...
again, my fault, and again, thank you very much for bothering with replying me!!!

now I know this forum is a good place if I'm looking for help another time thumb.gif
