Are you running a data center? Its not very useful for everyday purposes.

No, but I will use VirtualBox (or VmWare) every day.

By the way, I will choose Asus P8Z77-V Pro.

About PSU should I choose Corsair TX V2 80 Plus 750W or High Power's 1000W edition (same price).

Case: CoolerMaster storm enforcer or ThermalTake Chaser MK-I Full Tower

I don't know my 3d monitor is enough (is it running 120Hz@1920x1080?)

And one last thing about graphics card, I think I will go with Asus GTX670 Direct CUII TOP.

What about them?

For VMWare, all you need is VM-x (I use VMs a lot myself actually).

Doesn't the Pro just the V with bluetooth or something like that?
For PSU, just choose the 750w. Its enough for 2 way SLI and is better quality than high power.

That gpu you picked is very good. Stick with it.

Will I need to overclock that much? Non K version is also cheaper then K one. (about $50)

Yes, Pro is the Wi-Fi version of V. But difference in price is about $10. So, pro is more reasonable.

Should I buy modular cable version (enthuasist) of PSU or normal one?

Thanks

Wi-Fi is not the difference. Both of them have Wi-Fi. I think USB3.0 ports or something like that is the difference. But v is under $10 cheaper than pro.

It depends if you want modular cables so its more tidy or not. I would still get a "K" as it would let you futureproof longer than the non K.

Ok, let me think about it.

Also, I changed my SSD to Intel 520 series 240GB one. Since it has great results in benchmarks/reviews.

That ssd or Plextor M3/Crucial M4/Samsung 830/Vertex 4 would be good
