One of Ivy's main features is the upgraded IGP. And yes it is capable of running those games flawlessly. I never read about a 24Hz glitch, any links?

Whoops this is the cpu you want

as it is 60 dollars more getting a cheaper case or HDD (or both) may be prudent.

Here is a link explaining it in depth. According to the article, Intel stated it would be fixed with Ivy Bridge, but I haven't done enough research into this yet. Reading over it in-depth, this doesn't seem like as much of an issue as several people made it out to be while I was quickly shopping around earlier.

Thanks for the Ivy Bridge setup, I'm going to take a look into this and see if this would be the better solution.
