Home page sliding pictures bugging out.

Reproducibility: Were you able to reproduce this problem consistently?
Each time, yes.

Repro Steps: What steps did you take to reproduce this problem?
Nothing, just opened the home page and it started doing this soon after.

Expected: What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?
I expected nothing but a normal OCN Information Slider, It was normal the first few months

Notes: Any additional information that will help us diagnose the issue
Two variants of the issue pop up, as seen below

Browser, active browser addons, and operating system
Chrome 18.0.1025.168m, Windows 7 Ultimate 32-bit, No addons

No, but it does occur on a nearly daily basis.
Repro Steps: What steps did you take to reproduce this problem?
Chrome > OCN > buggy.
Expected: What action did you expect to occur when this bug appeared?
Figured it was just a messed up plug-in issue or something
Notes: Any additional information that will help us diagnose the issue

I can't reproduce this but it keeps getting reported by multiple people so I can going to see about ticketing it anyway.  How does it resolve (if it does)?  Does it fix itself on refresh?
