Looks like a very solid build to me, some might advise that you get a better GPU or grab an Ivy Bridge CPU but I think what you have is decent and will serve you pretty well at a cheaper cost as well.

PCPartPicker part list

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus 76.8 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($19.99 @ Newegg)
Memory: Samsung 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($46.99 @ Microcenter)
Case: Antec Three Hundred Illusion ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Rosewill 530W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply ($42.50 @ Newegg)
Optical Drive: Lite-On iHAS124-04 DVD/CD Writer ($17.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $197.46

Try to get your mobo at microcenter. It will be $50 off. Shoot for a better GPU, A GTX 550ti is not a great one to grab. It is equivalant in performance to a 7750.

IIRC it should actually be under a cpu of your choosing, typically an i5 IB/SB and I believe that it applies to i7's as well on some motherboards, not all of them

solid build , couple of things i would change for better quality and for less price :
AZZA Orion 202 EVO 45$ and much more futures then antec 300 which has no cable managment at all.
Corsair HX 650 120$ shipped , wouldnt recommend COrsair GS series PSU , also 650w is more then enought for overclcoked CPU and a SLI 550 or 560 in future.
RAM one of the best overcloking RAMs out there , can hit 2000Mhz on 8-8-8-24 timing easy.
40$ off mobo page

550Ti is weak and not worth that kind of money, wont give you the firepower you need either.

Also, don't buy the GS800, even at MC. Overpriced, Old.. It's a good PSU but there are much better options, depends alot on what GPU you think you may end up with.

GTX 480 and the 7850 are some of the best price/performance cards, I'd opt for the 7850. The 480 is a beast but runs hot, runs loud, and is pretty inefficient especially compared to latest series of GPU's.

I agree there are much better cases for the money like Rabbit says. NXZT M59, NZXT Source 210, NZXT Gamma, Cooler Master HAF 912, list goes on.

I'm too lazy to do the math right now but if it's within your budget I would go with the suggestion of the 7850 and if that's too far out of your range it's not a bad choice imo to get a gtx 560 Ti and as for the PSU I myself am using this : http://www.microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0301547 and it's a very solid PSU for the price. This is all in my experience mind you but it's been an extremely good experience so far.

Keep an eye out on sites like Logicbuy, Slickdeals, and the Fry's Electronics Thursday Ads. I saw a Zotac 560 ti going for $149 last week.
