So what would be the best mouse for my new goliuthus coming(cloth pad)?
Would it be the death adder, the sensei, the g9x or the steel series diablo?
Dimensions from largest to smallest:
1. Deathadder
2. Sensei/Diablo 3
3. G9x

Weight from heaviest to lightest
1. G9x
2. Deathadder
3. Sensei/Diablo3
4. G9x without shell

How do you prefer to hold a mouse? Palm, claw, fingertip grip?

Ah awsome ty, great help there thumb.gif

I don't mind either way tho I do prefer to keep my wrists off the desk/mouse mat as they sweat and get irrated on it.

Going by your info the sensei/diablo looks like the nice middle ground there. Ehhh what would keep my wrists of the desk, palming or clawing?

Tho if they have problems with cloth pads then that's a no go?
I take it death adders sensor is the most reliable on cloth?

Deathadder will track the best on cloth out of the three, although the other two will still track fine enough depending upon your playing style.

It is hard to recommend a mouse because people's hand size and grip preferences are different. Are there any past mice that you liked or disliked? It will be easier to narrow down a more suitable mouse.

If you like a big mouse that your hand could envelope, get the DA. If you like a more palm/claw grip hybrid, get Diablo3/Sensei. If you prefer a small mouse for claw or using only your fingertips, get G9x. Although, everyone's hands are different so some people could palm the G9x or cannot palm the Sensei or Deathadder.

Ty, sorry for taking so long to get back to you.
Been looking at this:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/ROCCAT-Kone-Customization-Gaming-Mouse/dp/B00426BCDC/ref=sr_1_77?ie=UTF8&qid=1336716326&sr=8-77

There is not alot of rave about this, have never even heard about it until I came across it by accident there. Opinions?

If that sucks I am still going back and forth between the death adder - sensei - diablo 3 xai mouse.

TBH out of the ones you listed i'd get the Razer Deathadder, especially since you mentioned you are going to be using it on a cloth pad.

But you could try something like the Steelseries Kana (just update it and use low dpi and its fine) i love it and I've come from using Deathadders, and love it even more since its so damn light!

That said what sense are you low or med or high?

Not tryng to bash steelserie but everything they do break in less then a year. (beside maybe their keyboard)
Dont get anything from steelseries !!!

I bought **** from them for 5 years all broke (steelseries 5h 5hv2 xai sensei their 7h also) EVerything is cheap not to mention that i was sponsors by them.

i know you dont seem to like the g500 look but to me the mx518 lasted more then 5 years i just let it go because she was geting 2 dirty i am now using a g400 which is basically the same mouse with better hz and different colors. Awesome mouse and reliable

I see only one other choice for you if u dont go for steelseries and logitech and its the zowie brand which is less cheap then steelseries imo but not as reliable as logitech more esthetic tho.

Used 4000dpi most of the time with the rat and naga.
The zowie looks ok but I could never go back to under 3k dpi tongue.gif
