At 45C load you should be able to keep your hand on the heatsink without it feeling like you need to remove it. It's only like 110F? You could always try taking the side panel off and hooking up a large fan and pointing it at the heatsink. If the computer doesn't crash with a large fan on max pointed at the entire motherboard then you might have a faulty sensor.

Chances are, you'd be experiencing lock ups and other issues if you were overheating though.

OP is in the Philippines?
Sounds like you should order a decent power supply off Ebay or find a better PC shop to buy from.

This sounds like a heatsink problem. Maybe dust? The psu is great. My system in the sig is overclocked and shuts down itself when I run prime95 small fft very quickly but almost anything else work even BF3 with high settings. When I run prime95 I can see quickly the temps going up to 72°C and more and then it thermal shutdown. My psu is a 500 watt Enermax pro87+ 80 plus gold so I believe the thermal shutdown for this bios or cpu (phenom 2 x2 550) is 72°C. Run prime95 and check yourself. And clean the heatsink and fan from dust.

If I get the chance to order, what PSU or CPU COOLER should it be? I'm still not sure what's causing the problem and I'm yet to try the LARGE FAN on max towards the motherboard...

I already cleaned the heatsink... Applied a small dot of thermal grease and all is well...

It's your power supply, 110%. 216w max on the 12v rail, that tells me its a generic mediocre 150-200w unit at BEST. In other words, it is NOT the 600w unit you have paid for (or maybe you didn't pay enough for.....).

Get yourself a GOOD quality PSU, and your problems will disappear. 45*C on load is NOTHING.....its not a cooling issue.

I would not consider that anywhere near great. Your computer should never just flat out shut down, regardless of load. You are asking for damaged hardware.
