Help with Steam DLC

I'm not bothered if you don't like CoD, I just need help, don't bother posting troll posts such as "CoD iz rubish, BF3 is da best"

Anyhow moving on...

I downloaded the DLC for MW3 yesterday and according to Steam it should automatically download and install the DLC, however after paying for the DLC I'm not sure it's downloaded it as it didn't appear in the downloads tab in Steam and in the game it doesn't let me join any of the DLC gametypes or play the DLC missions, it just opens up the link to buy the DLC.

If anyone knows how to get Steam to redownload the DLC (preferably without having to reinstall the game) I'd greatly appreciate it.

Also I'm not sure if you mean 'Verify the Game Cache' Bitemarks and bloodstains, but I tried that anyway and it didn't report anything as being wrong.

I also did the 'Check for DLC' suggestion and it shows DLC for the MW3 client, but not MW3 Multiplayer

Also I'll check the page you suggested rageofthepeon and get back if anything does the trick.

I retried the 'Verify Game Cache' option and now it works and it's downloading the DLC, thanks for the help everyone, a liberal application of +rep is needed.
