I cant find LLC or Phase control with the latest bios, not sure if it got removed cause I havent used older bios versions.

Ok, so I finally got stable at 4.5GHz with 1.24v. If I lower the iGPU or disable it all together, will that help lower the voltage?

It will lower temps both idle and load if you disable it, it will be less volts going to the die.

What's your PLL, LLC, and temps (including ambient)? And how many hours prime stability did you do? I'm also currently working on 4500 at BIOS vcore 1.230 (CPU-Z vcore 1.232/1.240). Last I checked before going to work, it was prime stable at 4hours (still ongoing atm), but temps are pretty high 81-85C. My LLC is at Auto and PLL is currently at 1.8 but I read that it could lower temp if I lower PLL, so I might try that later.

Oh sorry, was looking at your "Beemer" machine lol I'm not at home right now, but from memory the LLC option is under Ai Tweaker tab, go down to the CPU option that's right about the manual/offset option. In that menu you should see Line Load Calibration and there should also be a CPU Performance Power Management (or something similar). If it's not there, I'll upload some BIOS screenshots tonight when I get off work.

The LLC option is in the Advanced > AI Tweaker > Digi+ Power Control.
