Vcore looks a tad high (but if that's the lowest it takes to stabilize it then nothing you can do).

PLL and PCH have no reason to be increased. In fact PLL can be undervolted a little bit and still work fine. PCH is the "platform controller hub" aka chipset and doesn't need touched.

Yea v-core looks pretty high there, is that the lowest you need to keep it stable?

Vcore drops to 1.423 under load but that is as low as i can go without failing LinX.
I will drop the others and see how it does.
