i have found the problem... i have upgraded the bios and now everything works fine
htt 300 mhz
cpu multiplier 8.5x
htt multiplier 3x
cpu clock 2550 mhz
ram 2-3-3-6 2T
ram divider 2/3

it's a pretty stable overclock, i have run prime95 for over 2 and a half hours and it's still working. is the oc done well?
the temps are 30-33 degrees idle and ~45 full load.

Sounds good so far, I'd let Prime run for 6 hours to make sure Okay? You might be able to go higher if you set your timings to 3T and drop your muliplier in need be.

If you have some as5 on that hsf you could easily get 2.6 like me I've had it @ 2.75 but it went over 50 a couple of times when my ambient got over 80f in the apartment.

if i set cpu multiplier to 9x and i run prime95, it fails after 1 minute or the computer restarts without question, even if the temps are ~35degrees
so, i think i will leave it like this for now

It's probably RAM related then. The 1/2x effects the CPU speed by 1/2 but not the RAM... so in effect the RAM acts as though you have an 8x.
Put up a screen shot of the RAMS SPD and give us your current RAM settings, perhaps we cah squeeze a little more out of it so you can up to a 9x

RAM SPD / current RAM settings / current cpu settings

i hope this help, i want to squeeze the best out of my computer

EDIT: btw, even if CPU-Z shows that at 133mhz it has 2-2-2-6 latencies, it's specs written on box are 2-3-3-6 (i have managed to get them running @ 2-3-2-6 at the same HTT as now though, even if it wasn't like that when i took the screenshot)

Ok, since it seems to do well @ 200MHz with the extra tight timings, try using the the 3-3-3-8 or even 3-4-4-8 with a default setting of DDR400 and see how high they will go stable with the safe max voltage! You may be supprised
