Only read HardOCP so far, and it bested the 7950 in everything.

I see another price drop for the 7950 in the near future.

They also got it to 1234 MHZ stable, which is a great OC!

I predicted the $399 price tag a while back too. smile.gif

Your guys' comments are making me sad about not being able to read the reviews yet since I'm being bombarded for updating this thread...and even sadder about having my 7970. frown.gif

Is it just me or is that MemoryExpress link just a store front? I don't see any review on that website.

Wow, the 7970 ties with this card. And to remember that that card was $549 a month ago. The 7950 probably needs to drop another $50 I think.

Then we have the power consumption

500

It's almost the same as GTX 480 vs HD 5870 but now they're equal.

EDIT:

Clear picture of the PCB:

Gainward GeForce GTX 670 Phantom Review
http://www.techspot.com/review/529-geforce-gtx-670/

The 670 requires less power then my 560Ti even. And this cooler is darn slick and probably very effective.

GTX 670: The card that will pull away the attention on the GTX 680 so nvidia can make GTX 690, and AIBs can tweak the 680s.

I have only 1 small tiny issue, actually 2: Voltage control is still locked, and TDP limit is only 22%.

I guess to limit oc headroom nvidia had to do this, but what makes me sad is that palit and asus' non-ref designs 680 had tdp higher than stock, 150/159%s vs 132%. But now they are all 122%! I am going to wait for a new drivers release, maybe nvidia will fix this problem.
