For the first question, PCI-E 3.0 will be 1% faster in games than 2.0. There's a couple recent reviews proving this. The difference is so small it shouldn't really be taken into consideration.
As for the other two-part question, it can't be answered currently without heavy speculation. Prices probably won't be coming down for a few months at least and the availability of the 670 is already quite good based on what I've seen. It's definitely many times better than what the 680 release was like that's for sure. There's no way to know if they just had a massive ship-day stock though and we'll see less in the future. So like i said, it's just speculation for now.
As for everything else you asked that doesn't pertain to the gtx 670, you're better off asking in your own thread. It might take many pages of back and fourth to get all that straightened out Edited by SeanPoe - 5/13/12 at 4:34pm
