Yeah I'm not sure it's as cut and dry as that... it's not really a total gimmick, they do bin the TOP chips - but I do agree that the non-tops will OC about the same as a TOP probably 90% of the time. I think the $10 for a higher binned chip and maybe a few more MHz on the top end OC is worth it to some people - but I wouldn't tell anybody who is impatient not to just go ahead an buy a non-TOP if they wanted.
Luckily I won't even have the money for another week, so I'm just holding out for a TOP anyway. I will be watching the forums closely to see if it does, indeed OC any better than a non-TOP.
