Thanks for the recommendation but again my website doesn't do either the mobo or cpu frown.gif

So what I'm with at the minute is i7 3770k, asrock z77, corsair h100, MSI gtx 690, coolermaster haf-x. So I need to know should I go with 2133mhz or 2800mhz ram over the current 1866mhz I have now? How much power do I need taking into consideration that I will be getting a second 690 and possibly overclocking cpu? Should I get this ssd:Crucial 128GB m4 SATA 6Gb/s 2.5" Solid State Drive? And is all that compatible? Also would it be worth getting 16gb ram 1866mhz that is 2x8 instead of 4x4 for an extra 100 euro so I can add the same later or is 32gb ever going to be really necessary?

I'm not using that, I'm using Dabs.ie

Oh I see!
For LGA1155 you better go with 2x4gb ram as almost no application will use more than 8gb ram. Thus go with faster 2x4gb ram.

What Mhz would be best as this motherboard supports up to 2800?
For the mobo part my personal recommendation is asus p8z77 deluxe or asus p8z77v pro.
I would suggest 2133mhz ram or above if you want to play with ram frequency.

OK here is the very nearly finished product:

CoolerMaster HAF-X Full Tower (Extended ATX) Black

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium w/SP1 - 1 PC - OEM - DVD - 64-bit

Seagate 2TB Barracuda SATA 6Gb/s 64MB 7200RPM Hard Drive

MSI GeForce GTX 690 915MHz 4GB PCI-Express 3.0 HDMI ( with a second in the future)

Sony Optiarc 24x Internal DVD Multi Writer (DVD-RW/RAM)

Corsair Memory Cooling Hydro Series H100

Intel Core i7-3770K S1155 3.5GHz 8MB

ASRock Z77 Professional S1155 Intel Z77 DDR3 ATX

Crucial 128GB m4 SATA 6Gb/s 2.5" Solid State Drive

G.Skill 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3 2133MHz DIMM CL11 Ripjaw Z

So now I just need to know should I go with this: Corsair Memory 1050W Professional Series HX1050 Power Supply or this: Antec TPQ-1200OC TruePower Quattro OC 1200W Modular Power Supply or do you have a recommendation? Thanks to everyone who has helped so far by the way. smile.gif
