temps ? theres no guarantee yur chip can do 4.2 below 1.55v. is your chip stable at 4ghz below 1.5v ?

Temp idle is 34 celsius. its i quess 19 room temp.
i cant get it stable at 4ghz below that voltage. if i put it on 1.512V i can go up to 5ghz but it isnt stable.
when i run windows its fine but when i start something up it shuts down!

you will start from 3.8 at 1.38v and work your way upto find a sweet spot first. The sweet spot is the highest MHZ your chip can do below 1.5v
Keep using only cpu-multi. No need for base clock overclocking at the moment. Use your rams at their default speed and voltage. Keep ht link speed 2ghz, same for cpu-nb speed.

You should at least be stable at prime95 for 30 mins before trying 3-6 hour testing.

And keep tracking your load temps, should be around 55c on load. Use coretemp or Openhardwaremonitor to see motherboard socket temp along with other temps and speeds. Launch whichever app you'll use for temps first, then prime95, use logging for temps to see the temps just before reseting/restart.

so everything on auto in bios and then go play with cpu multi i know the sweet spot of my multi is 19x..
so the voltage of cpu should be on auto aswel ?

Try adding a sound card.  That should offload sound processing off the CPU and may give you slightly improved overclock stability.
