Error 0xc0000005 on Q6600 (RAM is OK)

Hello,

I've been having 0xc0000005 errors on executables. It happens on more and more executables every day.
I've mem-tested my ram (all ok), changed ram, changed gfx card. My setup is an Asus P5Q-Deluxe and a Q6600.
Have been overclocking, but not to the max, rams haven't been overclocked at all and CPU has been clocked to 3.4Ghz at 1.37V (stable 24h test) and temps of 29°C idle and 55°C - 60°C at full load.

I don't have a spare mobo or CPU to test which one is at fault? Someone here knows what it could be? My best guess is the CPU as it has been overclocked for a few years now. The mobo isn't as old as the CPU, got a replacement a year and a half back.

Also did a fresh install of Windows 7. All drivers installed (but got the error trying to install some drivers tho)...

Thanks in advance, Nick

Does the problem occur at stock frequency? Also I would test the hard drive using Seatools for DOS. Just make a bootable disc and let it run the long test.

Yep, reverted back to stock, still having the same problem.
Will try a other harddrive and report back. I hope it's just the hdd then...

EDIT: It isn't a hard drive problem, but don't know what happend. All my exe files are corrupt for some reason, if i download or extract the same files they work like a charm...
