1. Speed Spectrum
2. CPU Active Core Control
3. AMD Turbo Core Technology

1. Enabled unless it causes instability.
2. Enable all cores. This option allows you to disable/enable modules I think.
3. Controls core speed/boosts speed of certain cores if the conditions are right. Useless if you are overclocking so disable if you OC .

Heres a (hopefully) easy way to get you 4.5gig. BTW, this is what I use for my daily overclock - it feels good, runs cool, and gives me all the power I need. I have had it stable at up to 4.9gig, but found that pushing it any higher caused core 3 to start throwing errors.

Something I would like to say: if your not getting the overclock that you want, look very closely at your memory timings. I have instability with this setup if I leave my memory set to auto... it tries for 9-9-9 for some reason, which causes problems without fail.

Ok, here goes: (if you have any questions, feel free to ask)

450
450

And yes, I do use C1e, C6, CoolNQuiet, and the asus EPU. I dont feel the need to have my cpu pushing 100% all the time - reality is it hardly ever gets close.
