Think I'm gonna pull the trigger on the following:

Wesena E5 Case w/ IR Receiver
AMD A6-3500 CPU
ASUS F1A75-M PRO FM1 Motherboard
G.SKILL Sniper Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1866 RAM
SILVERSTONE NT07-AM2 80mm CPU Cooler
FSP Group 220W Mini ITX PSU

Total = $520.65 Shipped

Reuse from current HTPC:
OCZ Agility 3 2.5" 90GB SATA III SSD
2xSeagate Barracuda 1TB HHD
Logitech Harmony One All-in-One remote

I didn't order a Bluray drive yet cause its not immediately necessary. So I plan on keeping a look out for sales and picking one up in the future.

You cant fit a bigger downdraft CPU cooler in that thing? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835185174

80mm cpu fan for htpc sounds like it could be noisy.

My concern with that Scythe is clearance for the RAM. I'm gonna try the Silverstone for now and see how loud she runs. If it's loud, I'll return it and try the Scythe based on fitment. But it came down to the Scythe and Silverstone and i decided to go with Silverstone cause of my concern with clearance.

Not sure if it's any good with AMD cpu's, but I love the Samsung 30nm ram;

Great for overclocking, and no higher than the clips that hold them in. If you have clearance issues with it, then you're doing something wrong biggrin.gif

Warning: Spoiler! (Click to show)
