i dont understand what do u mean by (670/680) are bandwidth limited.

I'm not sure what he was trying to say, because as far as I know one GTX 670/680 will not have its bandwith limited by PCI Express 2.0. The main difference between purchasing a 2 Gb vs a 4Gb is if you are A) Playing on multiple monitors and at high resolution or B) Are playing a game with antialising turned way up and using lots of add-ons/mods (like Skyrim for example). Some games use up the video cards memory a lot more than others, but for the most part at 1920*1080 they won't reach the threshold.

If your budget is super tight, then I actually would purchase a GTX 670 because the GK-110 is more than likely going to cost somewhere in the $600-700 range. Remember that you can always SLI another GTX 670 and get supreme performance for a long time. Ultimately it is your decision, I'm just giving advice.

No its not, there was few reviews that showed 0 difference going to 4GB from 2GB regarding Kepler cards, they are bandwidth limited and more vram wont help, period.

I'd just go with a gtx 670 2gb, GK110 will more than likely be released in the next generation of nVidia cards and certain sources are saying it will be tailored much more for GPU compute than anything else. 4gb cards are only good if you plan to use two of them in sli to run 3 2560x1600 monitors.

You can play the waiting game but that wait can be a long time away. Get the 670 2GB version now and have fun right away. Then you can think about selling the GK110 when it ever comes out. Speculation may not be until next refresh series. In three days the big announcement from Nvidia will most likely be a new Qaudro GPU for compute, not gaming. Hang tight two more days, if it's not GK110 news then pull the trigger.
