Grats man, i know this board, as i have pencil modded it too. But i was using e8400 c1 stepping, and i was able to past 4ghz. This board is 650i chipset, which is tough on oc-ing quads (q6600 specially). So bro ur accomplishment is not a small one.

With later batch Q6600, 3.6Ghz is hardly common.
Good thing those suckers soak up a lot of voltage, anything under 1.6v was fine by me when I had one.

Well a small update. i was feeling brave and decided to shoot for 3.5ghz today and managed that successfully
My only concern now is the voltage.. i did the pencil mod which for sure made the BIOS voltage controls a little off in CPUZ my max voltage was 1.482 volts.. How accurate is CPUZ on the voltage readings and should i be concerned..

1.5v is max voltage but you should be good up to 1.6v assuming you can keep it within reasonable temps.
