Best story-driven PC Games? - Page 2

Like most say, The Mass effect series minus the Mass Effect 3 ending, pfft. Also, there's Tales of Symphonia. It's a relatively unknown JRPG, but the story is compelling, and develops evenly throughout the game. You can just probably youtube the whole game just for the story tongue.gif

+1 for Mass Effect 1 and 2 (I have yet to start on ME3), Deus Ex: HR and Oblivion/Skyrim. If you own a PS3, Heavy Rain is very much worth it.

Played it and loved it. I HIGHLY suggest you go off track and go into any empty cabin you see and flash that torch everywhere. Anticipating the release of American nightmare for PC

portal and half life games are the top of the heap.

starcraft 2 i thought was fantastic single player campaign and story, most fun i ever had with an rts.

skyrim has some really cool story questlines, especially the dark brotherhood.

fallout 3 and new vegas are quite good.

gta 4 is good for fun goofy crime drama stuff.

i enjoyed the modern warfare 1 and 2 stories, after that it got a bit confusing.

bioshock is good, too spooky for me though, ha.

i really liked the resident evil 4 story, some wacky and creepy characters.

Star Wars : The old republic. has a GREAT storyline and they are differant for differant classes you can play the game 8 times with differant stories. 4 Good and 4 evil. i highly recomend it, great game. I think people are getting sick of WoW type games tho. If this game came out when WoW: WTLK came out SWTOR would have 8 mil subscriptions. by now. Problem is its kinda late to the MMO game and people arent as into these games.
