A good resource for PCB layouts and blocks for the 600 series is made by a guy on the hardwareluxx.de forums:
http://guapa5000.bplaced.net/Layout/Layout%20GTX6XX.htm

thanks! biggrin.gif
so that means all 680 blocks for ref PCB's will fit the

-Evga 670 FTW
-Gigabyte 670 tri-fan OC version
-Zotac 670 AMP version

yea?

Obviously the real thing will look a thousand times better but this is just confirmation that they're doing it.

Don't for get the back plate for it biggrin.gif

This is for the small PCB correct? These would look great in a Mitx or Matx build.

Yea its for the reference (small) PCB

I also concur that it will look awesome. I don't mind the short PCB to be honest. Although I am thinking of getting a GTX670 and would probably go for one of the GTX680 PCB's (EVGA FTW or GB OC most likely). Since I love the look of the Aquacomputer blocks. I think they look fantastic

Has Shoggy or anyone else from AC shown off the 670 block yet? It was supposed to be done last week but only now do I even see the 690 block on the shop (670 block was said to come soon after that).

Haven't heard or seen anything about it for a while. Last thing I heard was this from Shoggy;

We will offer a block for these cards soon.

But that was like almost 2 weeks ago now

Hence why I am thinking of just getting a FTW so I can slap a 680 block on it and be done with it

The GTX 670 blocks should be available next week here in Germany. Here is the first impression (rendering) -> http://shop.watercool.de/epages/WatercooleK.sf/en_GB/?ViewObjectID=1515004

Sent Watercool an email asking about their Asus X79 waterblocks and asked about the 670 full cover block as well.

I think tomorrow. It is already finished but I had no time to take any photos today.

Very nice.

Do they make it with the little diamond offset finish on the block to properly fit the HD7970 or is a shim required?
