To stop people literally just sitting opposite each other and playing chicken with bullets till one dies, they implemented a feature which injects strategy into the mix.
Now people are feeling less like supermen who can sit there not caring about/while taking bullets as they line up the perfect shot.
In this manner, suppression actually works just as it should.
Do tell about this "strategy" into the mix?
random unpredictable feature =!= strategy

Suppression is supposed to make you run for cover. It works a lot better now than it did before. People are just mad their cheap tricks no longer work. I remember when there was once a method used to stop bunny hopping people went crazy.
So my bullets hitting where I aim is a cheap trick?
How about aiming directly at the muzzle flare and hitting not a darn thing with a 1 or 3 shot burst?

suppresion is just a way to reward scrubs.you dont really need to aim properly you just shoot shoot shoot and shoot some more and voila.. if he fires back you are now suppresed.. wich increases your spread wich helps your bullet fly off and even maybe hit random guys next to your intended victim ... tell me how its a show of skill
its all random.. just like how ecm jammer sometimes bugs or dont.. and random stuff of the sort... this game is now all about randomness to reward the scrubs
this. I can understand the delay from prone to standing when being revived, because it's consistent and serves a purpose. Suppression is irritating, too random, IMO.Edited by Nocturin - 5/14/12 at 12:03pm
