Will a 1200w power supply be enough for two high end big keplars that hopefully come out late this year?
How bout the MSI big bang 2? does the rampage 4 series have a any significant advantages over it?
He could just get like 3-4 SSD drives and keep all of his stuff on that without a normal hard drive right?
Any idea what socket type Haswell will be?

1200W would be more than enough.

As for Haswell's socket, I don't think there's anything official yet, but 1150 is what people have been hearing (can someone verify this?)

Haswell is suppose to be an entire new socket.
I have also been +Rep people here, as this thread has been very helpful.

So the IVY would preform better than the sandy-e for gaming? can you explain?

also, i feel like you are trying to save too much money with this build. Just think of it like this; he is going to get either 2 GK110s or 2 GTX690s and we dont want any other part comming even close to bottlenecking the graphics cards.

A quad-core OCed to 4.5 GHz will not bottleneck 2 GK110s.

the 3820 is worse because it cant overclock and worse in gaming. (Benchmarks). I'm not trying to save too much money at all. If you got all that it would be a big waste of money and be outdated in a year. Is there any reason you would need that even?

He mentioned earlier he wanted to Buy the 3820 for now and then when Ivy Bridge 2011 come out, purchase the unlocked CPU...

What cpu would you recommend that is also 2011 socket that isn't crazy priced until the Ivy Bridge cpu launches.

The IB-E will still have worse gaming performance. It's only worth it if you are rendering.

What needs to be understood is that 99% of games do not use anything above 4 cores. As many have stated before, any cores above 4 would only be utilized for high resolution photo editing, 3D modeling, rendering, etc.
IB-E will be a great chip, it's just unnecessary if you're going for a "functional" build. But if you want to grab the chip for bragging rights, then by all means do it. There's absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Understood. Would you suggest an i7 SB or and i7 IB ?
