By optimise tube runs I mean keeping the runs to sensible lengths whilst avoiding tight bends which might cause kinking.

The water temp will be the same throughout the loop changing the GPU/CPU order etc will not result in one component getting hotter/colder water.

I second XPC's recommendation regarding positive air pressure. The trick is finding a configuration that balances temps with dust control as fans provide better static air pressure when pushing air onto radiators. To ensure all my fans push, my set-up is not positive air pressure, but the case fan filters do a good job and I accept I need to blow dust out of the case with an air canister every few months.
