But this is my first time nvidia, and the control panel is all new for me.

Now. i game BF3 alot, so what settings should i use? should i use nvidia inspector? do i need a config file in the BF3 folder?

Would VERY much appriciate any "start" help.

i have a 120Hz monitor.

We have a same monitor smile.gif It could be a good idea to limit max fps to 120 in Nvidia Inspector, over 120 fps doesn't give any advantage and just heats up the cards more.

Here's screenshot of my Inspector settings for all games:

Since you have a 120Hz monitor try Ultra settings with HBAO / SSAO set off, that should get BF3 to run close to 120fps most of the time.
