Hey guys,

I've been reading the forum for quite some time now and decided to finally sign up. I've been doing a lot of research on the 670 (being great bang for the buck) and always seem to return to the FTW by EVGA. There was one left in the city and I put a hold on it. Going to pick it up today to
replace my 460 SLI setup.


I am, however curious, as this is my current Heaven scores with my GTX 460 SLI setup. It doesn't seem that far below most posted 670 scores. Will I really gain much performance by upgrading?

Depending on your upgrade choice(The FTW or GB imo) you should see a pretty nice upgrade. (The other non references one's will do fine also, theses are just my top two picks.)

I gotta ask, I can't figure out why at 1.3GHz, my drivers keep crashing (I have voltage turned up, power limit at 125%, everything looks fine as far as I know for nvidia).

I wouldn't think that 1.28GHz would be my cap, seeing as my card can boost to 1.2GHz, I assumed it could hit 1.3GHz at least (unless I just got a lucky boost number lol).

Anyone mind helping me out? smile.gif

Finally settled on the GPU overclock -

CORE: +200 (1350 MHz)
MEMORY: +600 (3602 MHz)

This setting is rock-stable and tested in:

Unigine 'Heaven' DX11 Benchmark - Ran the benchmark (No crashes).
Furmark - Ran the 1080p burn-in benchmark (No crashes).
Various games (BF3 - Max Payne 3 - Ghost Recon - World of Tanks - ARMA II - Spec OPS ...etc) (No crashes).
