update:
now running SLi N670GTX PE 2GD5/OC in my (720°) rig with no plans on upgrading those to the GTX 7 series.
damn they run @ GTX 680 levels already and that's before the overclock.

grabbed an 'open box' for $329 shipped...! I wasn't even in the market to buy one yet but at that price I couldn't
add it to my cart fast enough to make sure it was mine. had to sell one of my GTX 560 Ti 448's
to make up the price difference.

so now I have the N660GTX-Ti PE 2GD/5 running my (360°) rig until I grab a GTX 770 probably for it.

...GTX 670 multi-GPU scaling...

...interested in GTX 670 scaling ?...posted these over at 'Valley' re. multi-GPU / GTX 670 scaling...not sure about the quad SLI numbers as Sandy-E and 4 oc'ed 670 test PSU limits...so kept CPU at lower setting for all three runs to have a real basis for comparison....test parameters et al here >>> here

Has anyone had any issues with the driver 314.22? I updated from 310.90 and about 10 mins into gameplay my screen went black. I restarted my pc and when Windows loaded, the resolution was at 640x480 and the colors were screwed up. Windows, GPU-Z, and Nvidia Control Panel cannot detect the graphics card. I went back to the old drivers but i get the same results. Anyone have any ideas before i RMA?

clean install option when reinstalling fresh drivers.
you can also try it in safe mode.
last resort before something drastic like reinstall of OS try drive sweeper..
also remove card, clean it and then re-seat it and try it again.

if all fails then think about RMA.

man, MSi couldn't be more vague in their "RMA Status" descriptions

getting mine back today - excited, but also skeptical on what they even did. was a fast turn-around, so hoping (but skeptical) on a new card instead of refurbished

MSI RMA for GPU's has always been good from my past experience and a friend of mines.
its the MSI RMA for motherboards that can cause death by time length..

I've done all that but reinstall the OS. I also Googled my problem and it looks like there is no fix for this error. RMA it is.
