I would go evga usually but seems gigabyte has had some good overclocking 670s with their current batch. The gigabyte has a more robust cooler so you can probably keep the fans at a lower rpm but my FTW does a great job keeping it cool too while overclocked.
Edit: my FTW has been a pretty good overclocker too though, better than the asus dcii 670 I originally purchased. The asus one is SILENT but overclocking has been hit n miss with all these 670's
