I'd say that is kind of low. 3dmark can vary quite a bit between systems. I always seem to score lower than people with the exact same clocks/hardware as me. That said your score is a bit lower than I would personally like to see.

Just to be sure you core is not running at 705mhz like 3dmark says is it? I know it often shows incorrect clocks but I have seen a couple Kepler cards that had to be rma'd because they were stuck at that clock.

Worth a check.

When I ran 3DM11 after first getting my cards it said they were running 705Mhz... I think it's a 3DM bug because Afterburner reads them up in the 1100's (with boost obviously)

Yah I think sometimes it checks the clocks before everything ramps up as sometimes it has shown my CPU at 1.6ghz.

Doesn't hurt to check in Ab though just to be sure.

What do you reckon?

From experience with both the GPU and CPU, yes, they are low. Especially the 670, it should be around 9000 graphics score minimum, at stock. The CPU score also seems a little low, but I think I only benched mine around 4.4Ghz. Looks like yours is stock there. But you may have a driver issue somewhere. Some old drivers hanging around maybe? Did you switch from AMD?

yeah, i get the same thing on my i5 3550. i think it has to do with the CPU not having hyper-threading.

the physics score is higher than mine (6800 range) but that's attributed to the fact they have a higher and OC'able core i5 but why it isn't going higher is i guess what i said before...no hyper threading in the i5s cos apparently cpu based physx works better with CPU that has hyper threading like the i7s.

so they're not the only one with average physx scores but all i can say is to just overclock the gpu and it should give you a decent graphics score in the 9000 range.
