I have an Amazon Kindle Fire around 2 months old for sale. It is in excellent condition, no scratches on the screen and i do have the screen protector on (it wasn't a perfect job though, have some bubbles at the edge 
). It is rooted with TWRP 2.0 and is currently running the ICS 4.0.4 CM9 ROM (Exact Rom here on XDA). It runs ICS rom perfectly, Android market works without any problems whatsoever as well as the Amazon app store. It is also very snappy with this rom, and you can OC the Kindle fire to 1Ghz. The only bugs this ROM (V1.2H with Kernel 3.0) is that the notification still shows but when it pops up at first, you can't really see it. After that if you press the corner, it will pop up again just fine. Also when you plug it in to charge, it doesn't say it's charging but it does. All the bugs can be fixed with another ROM but i really like this ROM so i haven't tried to flash it with another one. With the TWRP 2.0, the processing of flashing Roms is pretty much painless and very easy to do. I can flash any roms of your desire or just leave it with the V1.2H. The rom also comes with the Titanium backup app which i think one of the best app. It comes with the wall charger and it has the screen protector on already but you might want to replace with a new one.
The Kindle Fire is still under warranty until January 2013 (double confirmed with Amazon Rep).
