Did I get a bad M4?

I just got my 256gb m4 and benched it and the results are...bad. All I did was install it, format it in drive manager, and clone my os over using easeus todo backup. Is it bad? did I do something wrong?

According to that the drive may not be aligned correctly, and NCQ might not be enabled.

Could be a result of cloning the drive. Might want to let it sit idle for a while to see if garbage collection can improve anything.

I used Paragon Alignment Tool to align my cloned drive, you can't really mess up with that.

You should follow Sean's guide. Make sure its in SATA 3..in the intel port. Also make sure ACHI is enabled. And do a fresh clean install of Windows...yeahh a little of a pin...but start off completely clean with an SSD imho.

Not sure if you need to...but that's what I did...and feel great about it. It's like taking a hot shower! Just make a list of all your programs/drivers you need and start clean bro.

But if you don't want to ..im sure there is a way to fix it as is.

Like me and the guy before me already said: Your drive isn't aligned.
Find a guide (it's a tricky process), or use an alignment tool like the one I posted.

I guess that'll work, but I used 3.0.
