Didn't buy BF3 just because it has EA's name on it. Last EA game I bought was Mass Effect 1, and I don't see myself buying anymore. Games are enjoyable, but company is far too greedy.

I wonder if you actually read the article?

The console community ASKED for servers to rent. What did they do, they allowed them to rent the official DICE servers?

It was so successful that there are now HUNDREDS of rented servers on console and the amount of DICE servers not rented out is getting low.

They have responded and have said they are adding more non rent-able servers so that the numbers dont get so low again.

Yet somehow, the conclusion you get from all this is that they just don't listen/care when this thread and its topic is a DIRECT result of them listening to the console community?

Looks to me like this may help to provide more servers with admins present who will actually take care of their servers. Sounds like a good idea to me.

Reading this thread makes me laugh. People jumping in to spew their EA hate and coming off looking incredibly ignorant. The sense of entitlement some people have is pathetic. Brats having temper tantrums. rolleyes.gif This is simply putting the game and the responsibility for maintaining it into the hands of those who use it. Imagine that!

On a side note, how is it that people who haven't even paid for this game have anything worthwhile to add to this thread?

This, and any EA thread, is typical of the current state of OCN
