Corsair AX850 w/3770k, 680 SLI, water cooling

Hello all, I have a simple question. Would a Corsair AX850 PSU be sufficient to power a system (also with some headroom) with the following specs:

CPU: Intel i7 3770k
Motherboard:ASUS Z77 Sabertooth
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LP 1.35v (2 of these kits, 16GB)
GPU:EVGA GTX 680 SC+ Signature x 2
Case:NZXT Switch 810
Optical: Generic ASUS DVD drive
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm HDD
SSD: Crucial M4 128GB

Water cooling components (requiring power):
Pump: Swiftech MCP 655-B 12v Pump
Fans: Yate Loon 120mm x 25mm Blue LED fan x 3, also another 3 similar fans for the top of the case.
Fan controller: Lian Li 5.25" 6- fan controller
Extra fan/LED pins: 4-Pin Power distribution PCB 4x 3-pin + 4x 2-pin block

I was looking at a 1000W+ power supply, but after some research a lot of people are saying that a 750W power supply would be sufficient for 680's in SLI, so would an 850W be sufficient for SLI 680's, and water cooling? I plan on adding another 2-4 120mm fans to the bottom (when I put the 680's in the loop). It'd be nice to save ~$70 on a PSU, and have a little extra room for cable management down by the PSU and 240 rad that will eventually go down there.

The 850W will be more than enough along with a good overclock.
Even the AX750 would be fine for your system with an overclock.

Yep.

750w would be more than enough also.

Awesome, thanks guys!

Also, are there any links/resources I can take a look at to better understand how to calculate how much power I'd need in a system?

Check anandtech bench to get an idea on power usage. Remember that most sites when they display power draw use the power draw from the wall and not internal DC wattage. You need to take efficiency into account and it will be a lower value.
