I get right at the same speeds, that I was getting, not the same as you. tongue.gif Maybe 1-2MB/s difference.

I must have something wrong because if your 7200RPM raid is outdoing my 10k raptors I must have messed up. They are also small raptors. 36.7G so I am not sure if that has any effect on these tests.

Definately a problem I'm getting ~180 R/W on my cheap mismatched 500 GB WD/Seagate 7200 RPM 32 MB Cache Drives. What are you running your raid off? Intel, AMD, External Raid Card?
