I wouldn't use superglue. Superglue seems to have a kinda low operating temp. I believe around 180F, with these processors known for producing heat, it could cause an issue if you have a mishap with temps.
You probably want a flexible silicon based high temp glue... no idea, im not a glue expert
You also want it to be removable if you need it. Superglue would probably be the worst for that.
Well, after reading this thread and knowing my beef with high temps, im quite happy with my sandy b. My nice little H50 cools her at 4.5Ghz to a nice ~55c max. I'm quite happy with that. We'll see what intel can roll out with here in the next year or two to reduce these temps and beef up performance. Good work Cyclops!
