Before you set the XMP, make sure everything in the bios for OC is set to defualt.
Once done, you set and pick the XMP profile for your ram.

Then you can choose to OC your cpu. I dont see how its being set to 1333, unless your ram is 1333.

I have exactly the same ram, I've had issues in the past with only AMD CPU's not Intel. I'd just set XMP profile 1 and it would do it all for me. Can always try more volts into the ram they can easily go to 1.6 volts. Turbo ratio should be in your bios though with your 2600k.

Got the latest bios from Asus for your motherboard, if not i'd try that first and see if that fixes any of your issues.

Revert back to a previous bios and see if your features re-appear. Better to try everything before shipping the board off for RMA. Good luck! thumb.gif

Check the "Main" tab in the bios and tell me the version it says next to "ME Version" just checking something.
When it doesn't boot, what does it do exactly, and what is the DR. Debug Code on the mobo display?

Sounds like corrupted bios, perhaps just use the Bios Flashback feature.
check the manual page 2-43 (2.3.12)
