Palm grip suggestions? - Page 2

I'm sorry, but I highly doubt that they're using anything but Omrons on mouse 1 and 2. If anything they could be using Kailh or Himake, but that isn't really plausible coming from Logitech, the same company that puts Omrons on cheaper non gaming and office oriented mice.

The issue might come from the tooling (shell) rather than the switch itself.

Mind linking a thread with picture proof?

Logitech uses Omrons in G500.

Logitech even uses Omron D2FC-F-7N in their wireless bluetooth notebook mice, V470.

Logitech uses Omron D2FC-F-7N in almost every mouse besides the really cheap $10 dollar basic opticals you find at wal-mart.
(Typically using cheaper Kailh switches).

I wonder what's mine has, by saying shell you mean the buttons we touch with your finger tips right ? I don't think that would be a problem for pressure issues. It's more likely switch or the board the switch is tied to.

PS: I was using one of those cheap A4tech Swop-3s and it took 5 years for the switch to die. 5 times more expensive g500 showing problem in a month biggrin.gif

Like I said earlier, G500's should be equipped with Omron D2FC-F-7N(10m) 10m= 10 million click life cycle.

Yes, and while it might not be the case, there's always the possibility. Logitech tooling is pretty good though, shouldn't be the case.

It's the luck of the draw to be honest. wink.gif

Edit: If there's pic proof of Logitech using anything but an Omron in the g500, I'd still like to see it.

If you meant the M100 I can confirm it have Omron D2FC-F-7N. I bought them for about 10 dollars.

I meant something along the lines of a Logitech SBF-96. Uses black plunger Kaith switches for mouse 1 and 2.
