lol yeah... MSI does make great boards nowadays, especially the GD65 is really solid and something worth considering if the price point is right. Lots of peeps are still scared of their boards though, they weren't that great not so long ago rolleyes.gif

The Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H is about $150 it looks like a great board. I have the Z77X-UD5H, the bigger brother to the UD3H and I'm very pleased.

No experience with ASRock, but they mis-marketed their Z77 boards as having digital pwms. Which they don't. That kind of stuff just makes me wonder.

^ Yeah, there was some talk about the "digi-VRM" actually converting the signal to analog or something along those lines. Haven't noticed it having any impact on the performance, but I get your point though.

I'm getting the GD55, is there any difference between the 65 and the 55 besides a couple of SATA ports?

That link shows the Gd65 has more pci-e slots and a firewire port.

*One more PCIe 3.0 slot for a total of 3. GD55 has 2.
