This will be my first water cooling build and I'm wondering if I was to get the 800D if I a 3x120 rad would be enough to cool the 680 and the CPU as well. I believe I could also fit a single 120mm on the exhaust without modding. I'm having a little trouble deciding on the case because I want to go with water cooling but I don't want to cut or mod the case.

The 800D is a great choice for water cooling. You can fit a 360 on top, and there are even little rubber holes to fit tubing to a 120 on the back. 480 of radiator space should be able to cool a 680 and a CPU just fine.

360 + 120 is plenty of rad space.

I'd pick up a regular gtx 680 and slap on a block yourself and save yourself $80.
