Get the GTX 670, then when Nvidia inevitably releases their next generation of video cards you will have an extra $100 to spend! That is what I plan to do anyway.

That's messed up man, this is what the forums is for. Anyhow my vote is for the 670! Getting one myself, upgrading from a 4870 soon and can't wait to run BF3 on my 120hz monitor.

for the price i would go with a 670. with the performance 670s have i was surprised for them to be released at 400 instead of 450.

There are endless BF3 1080p Kepler performance comparisons out there. Analyze facts and make decisions.. I'm just trying to encourage some independent thinking here.

My bad for being the new guy making the tough call, but I can't be the only one wishing there were less "what color shirt should I wear tomorrow" threads.

This being said, get the 680 dude!

I was in this same dilemma. I went with the 680 since I saw an ad on CL for a EVGA SC w Backplate and had to jump on it. If I never checked CL I was gonna order a 670. If you do go with a 670 get the Gigabyte Windforce, atleast that is what I would get.

For someone that has a gtx 680, If I had to repurchase I would just buy the gtx 670. I would of saved 200 dollars since I am SLI'ing them and I wouldn't care about a 2-5 fps difference between the 2 solutions. Just make sure to get a non reference gtx 670.
