I used Driver Sweeper and removed old drivers. Installed 301.34 and ran 3D Mark 11.Graphics score was 8378 which seemed about right. However, Crysis 2 is completely unplayable at Ultra setting dipping into the 30's during a normal gun battle. Skyrim only runs 45~ fps on Ultra and SWTOR runs about the same as my GTX 560 Ti ran it. I thought it was my no name brand PSU so purchased a Corsair GS 600 and issue still persists. MY GTX 560 Ti ran great in this build and the only thing that's changed was the card and a better PSU... Based on the reviews I've read my card is doing pretty bad. Any suggestions?

I'm just experiencing lots of stuttering and much lower frame rates than expected. Tom's review shows the GTX 670 Crysis 2 test 1920x1080 DX 11 around 64fps. I'm getting half of that with higher clocks. Same with Skyrim. I'll post a video in a few.

it doesnt matter , some weeks ago were tested 7970 in Cfx with all PCIe(1.0/2.0/3.0) and only there is a little FPS drop w/ 1.0 t@16xo 3.0@16x

I think the best thing to do is a fresh windows install.

processor bottleneck?

maybe you aren't overclocked?

maybe you need moar raw processor speed to acheive 100% gpu usage??

your gonna need screeshots of your gpu usage, and cpu usage while you are gaming otherwise , we are shooting in the dark here buddy

Check out the evga forum. They have acknowledged a problem with some GTX 670 SC and are offering free upgrade. May be related to your issue.
