Be more specific, how much vcore, what multi, what RAM speed is default, what RAM speed is it now, have you increased the RAM voltages etc.

Well,
BCLK: 125
Multi: 37
Vcore: 1.37
I have left all the ram timmings and voltages to AUTO
Digi+ Power controll;
CPU load line calibration: High
CPU current capability: 130%
I had to research allitle for these settings, i think i found them on this forum, But apparently the work with other people. Could it be my Motherboar or ram.
Mobo: Asus P9X79 (Not deluxe or pro or ws, just normal)
Ram: Kingston hyperx genisis ddr3 1600mhz 116gb (4x4gb)
I have tried XMP and it auto maticly set the timing to 9-9-9-27 at 1.63 v or something (i may be wrong)
One more thing, sometimes it boots up and posts and every thing... but when it says staring windows it just freezes and locks up and i have to turn it off with the power button. Next time i turn it on it just stays black. The time after that i turn it on it posts the American metaguards come up and says " overclocking failed, press F1 to configure system" What could this be from.
Would it be easier to get a CPU with umlocked multi (e.g. 3930K[/U)? And just increase the multi because apparently the BCLK can harm your MOBO.
Please help and thanks for the help so far.

No, 3820 is plenty good for OCing. Where'd you hear that increasing the BCLK harms the mobo? That doesn't make sense to me.
When you turn up the BCLK you're going to have to turn the RAM off auto, and set the freq manually to something within your RAM's spec. And isn't that voltage a little high for 4.625Ghz?

Try turning the RAM off Auto like lin2dev suggested and change it to 1666MHz.

I had the same issue, try using CLR CMOS and changing ONLY the BCLK, Multi, vcore and RAM speed, just in case you changed something without realizing. If it doesn't load Windows properly try more vcore, failing that post in this thread:
http://www.overclock.net/t/1221208/i7-3820-overclock
and see if you can get a response, many people on there are very good at overclocking (especially SneakyBushNinja) and will know how to fix it. Good luck.

Thank you so very much it has worked!
One problem though, when running prime, AI suite says that the multi is only on 35 and the clock is 4375mhz but when i go to the Auto tuning, it says the CPU ratio is 38 ( 4750mhz)
I have BCLK at 125, Vcore at 1.4(i know it is hight but i will adjust later after i fix this prob) and the RAM speed is 1444mhz (i think) everything else is on AUTO
