The Capstone is a high end Gold platform from Super Flower, among the best on the market, while the Lazer Platinum is effectively the best thing money can buy at that output level. smile.gif

Read this thread, similar things are being debated and even though that's a lot of spam and trash posting, you'll find some good info as well.

Keep in mind, you have an ~80W CPU at ~4.4Ghz(~1.25v) and a ~170W VGA(~1.2v), everything else you have listed fits nicely into a 50W envelope smile.gif

the only reason you might need a 1000w+ PSU is if you are going to run quad-sli/quadfire

FSP is an OEM that makes PSU's for companies. Most of their lower end units are rather trashy, but their higher up ones are pretty good like the one gold certified one there.

FSP is one of the largest PSU OEMs, they make excellent units as well cheap, trashy ones.... the Aurum CM isn't a particularly good one though(the Aurum Pro line is).

I suggested the Kingwin Lazer Platinum 550, read the thread I linked and you'll understand why... if however you insist on getting something of higher output, this is currently priced very well, here's a review.
