sounds like you arbitrarily bumped vcore up to 1.26 and clocks up to 4.5.

you need to be methodical with ib.

Normal temps under load should be 80-85 tops. When you run programs such as Prime 95, that is the only time you will see max temps if you are just gaming. Did you use the "line" method when applying Thermal Paste?

make sure you use a dot or line method, and we also all forget the ib have a higher heat tolerances then sb, but thats still a bit hot

OP, don't fret. Using a H100 @ 1.15 -4.4ghz, temps hitting max 75C (which is terrible for 1.15v)
