They probably sell the 670, but it is most likely OOS.

Not sure why you can't find the website by a simple search, but anyhow, here is the Microcenter website. Once you're on the website, choose your local store from the drop down box up top, then go to the processor section, find the 3570K and click "Add to Cart", then go to the motherboard section and pick any z77 motherboard you like and click "Add to Cart". Then look at the "Shopping Cart" and it should automatically deduct the motherboard price by $50.00 and give you the total price. You can add and delete motherboards to see which price is within your budget.

Tip: You can click on "Check Out Now" and then choose "Pay at the store". This will reserve the 3570k and motherboard for you, without charging you - this way you will know it won't be sold out when you get there. But first, they will send you an email confirmation if the items are in stock, you print that email and take it to the store. When you get to the store you can either buy these items, change items, or even cancel your order. It's very simple.

Also, here is the May Sales Catalog, page 27 has the Intel CPU and Motherboard discount offers.

What city or you located? I'm 10-15 minutes from the Tustin store and can tell you the staff of employees are GREAT. thumb.gif Much better than Frys which is closer (5- 10 minutes).

Cool, I used to live up there (Arcadia). So if you get 30mpg it will cost you around $15-$20 for gas. Knowing the traffic from your area to Tustin, you should try and travel either mid-day or after 7:00pm to avoid getting stuck in traffic.

Also note that tax at Microcenter, and all of Orange County, is 7.75% instead of 8.75%, so you will save even more... smile.gif.

The KC/MO store had them in stock, as well as a few 680's.

The website is never accurate. Best bet is to call and ask if they can hold one for you

the extreme 4 (currently out of stock in Tustin) says that its $89.99 instead of $139.99 if purchased with the i5 3570k. Is this discount separate from the $50 discount for getting a cpu and mobo combo?
thanks!
