If you're not on x58 ....12 mb of RAM is gimping your system to single channel.
Why not just leave one stick out? biggrin.gif Sell it or something wink.gif

12mb of ram surely would gimp his system lol

12gb? XD

Those look really slick, the only problem is that I'd have to sell all of my old ram first on OCN, which shouldn't be too much of a hassle. Just more money moving around through my paypal. Thanks for the info!

Obviously you guys don't understand how it works..Let's see what your Maxxmem scores look like with
that 12 gb of RAM rolleyes.gif
Then maybe use just 2 sticks in the proper slots for dual-channel and run it again biggrin.gif

Needed more threads for premiere and AutoDesk inventor / solidworks simulations. 2500k just couldn't keep up with 4 threads.

Ok so I really don't want to go out and swap ram and or just buy new ram so I think I'm just going to go with a corsair H80 or run my 2600k at stock with my h60.
Thanks guys,

ONLY 12gb! *gasp* The only amount acceptable on OCN is over 32gb. (and that's pushing it) So get that wimpy 12 an upgrade to AT LEAST 32gb. Then you will be socially accepted on OCN.

get H80 or Cooler master TPC 812(2x Cm blade master 120mm, already has 1/ or 2X XSPC Xinruilian 2000 RPM) with no problem cm TPC 812 has performance near high end coolers

acckk..stock..Why can't you just leave 1 ram slot open??
anyway good luck! :thumb.gif:
You could run a cooler like mine..it takes up no room in the case whatsoever. redface.gifph34r-smiley.gif
